Open to all, these four classes will help you to become aware your own stress sytem. When we become aware of the breath it allows us to understand how we are really feeling and what we need to move forward in balance. There will be range of breathwork practices to try from the ancient pranayamas to the more modern scientific approaches. Each technique has its own characteur, effect and result. The classes will be recorded for continued practice / for those who miss the morning slot.
