Charlie Polizzi is fully trained Transformational Breath® facilitator and group leader.

During sessions, facilitators may use body mapping and affirmations to reinforce positive beliefs and dissolve negative thought patterns. This breathing method helps to release tension and improve energy flow throughout the body. It allows individuals to gently integrate emotional baggage stored in the body for years. This is crucial for healing past traumas and moving forward with greater freedom and ease.

It can improve mental clarity and focus, deepens the connection to yourself, expands awareness and helps to find a connection with others.

Transformational Breath® is a full diaphragmatic, conscious connected breathing practice. It works on the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual aspects of our being. What sets it apart from other breathwork practices is the use of body mapping, (loosely based on Chinese acupressure points) toning and movement. Facilitators may also use affirmations to reinforce positive beliefs and dissolve negative thought patterns.

Transformational Breath® is an accredited breathwork school with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. Their facilitators are highly trained and all have first aid certification.

Charlie also offers online Breathwork and Pranayama courses online. These practices are tools to help relax the mind and bring more energy into the body.
