Transformational Breath® is an accredited breathwork school with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. Their facilitators are highly trained and all have first aid certification.
Transformational Breath® is a specific breathing method and a hands on practice. During sessions, facilitators may also use body mapping and affirmations to reinforce positive beliefs and dissolve negative thought patterns. Sessions may include gentle movements and sound, such as toning and music, which help to release tension and improve energy flow throughout the body.
An initial 1:1 session would last around 1.5 hours and follow up sessions around 1 hour. These sessions are customised to your specific goals and provide intensive support and guidance to help you navigate your breathing and healing journey.
Transformational Breath® is a safe, natural, powerful, self healing tool. It is a conscious connected diaphragmatic breathing system that can be used to support physical, mental/emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It has many benefits including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress.
Everyone has a unique breathing pattern. It is as unique as a finger print. Transformational Breath® teaches how to open up the full potential of that breathing pattern and release physical tension. It allows individuals to gently integrate emotional baggage stored in the body for years. This is crucial for healing past traumas and moving forward with greater freedom and ease. Clearing and integrating patterns of behaviour that no longer serve you. It can improve mental clarity and focus, deepens the connection to yourself, expands awareness and helps to find a connection with others.
